    • Incorrect Item Received: If you received a product different from the one you ordered.
    • Damaged Item Received: If the product arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Required Proof: To initiate a return, please provide the following:

    • Clear Images/Videos: Visual evidence of the incorrect or damaged item.
    • Order Information: Your order number and details.

  4. Return Process:

    • Upon receiving your request and verifying the provided information, we will initiate a review.
    • Based on our findings, we will either:
      • Issue a full refund for the incorrect/damaged item(s).
      • Resend the correct item(s) to you.
